Welcome to Ramanis Badminton Academy. By booking a court, registering for our coaching sessions, participating in our pick-up games, or entering our facilities in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Facility Usage and Attire

To maintain the quality of our premium cushioned wooden courts and ensure player safety, the following rules apply:

  • Non-Marking Shoes: Strictly only clean, non-marking badminton shoes are permitted on the wooden courts. Casual sneakers, running shoes, or bare feet are not allowed.
  • Sports Attire: Proper athletic clothing must be worn at all times while playing.
  • Equipment care: Rackets and shuttlecocks must be used responsibly. Damage to the courts, nets, lighting systems, or walls due to reckless behavior will be charged to the player.

2. Player Health and Liability Waiver

Badminton is a fast-paced sport involving high physical strain. By accessing our facilities:

  • You warrant that you are physically fit and free of medical conditions that would make athletic play hazardous.
  • You acknowledge that playing sports carries inherent risks of injury, including sprains, fractures, or more severe health conditions.
  • You voluntarily assume all risks and release Ramanis Badminton Academy, its coaching staff (including Mr. Subramanian), and management from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of sports injuries sustained at our facility.

3. Code of Conduct

We promote a healthy, friendly, and competitive community:

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, physical altercations, profanity, or unsportsmanlike behavior toward other players, coaches, or staff.
  • Respect booked timings. Court bookings are hourly; you must clear the court immediately at the end of your designated hour.
  • Ramanis Badminton Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate facility access and WhatsApp community membership for players who violate this code.

4. Changes to Terms

Ramanis Badminton Academy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of our courts and coaching programs constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
