Booking & Cancellation Policies

Thank you for choosing Ramanis Badminton Academy. To ensure court availability, fair allocation, and seamless match coordination for all members, we have established the following booking and cancellation guidelines.

1. Court Bookings

  • Hourly Slots: All court bookings are allocated in increments of 1 hour. Players must vacate the court promptly when their time expires.
  • Maximum Capacity: A maximum of 6 players are allowed per court per hour.
  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation showing your designated court (A, B, C, or D) and timing.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a confirmed court reservation, the refund value is determined by the cancellation timing prior to your scheduled play:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund (or 100% rescheduling credit) to your account.
  • 12 to 24 Hours Notice: 50% rescheduling credit. No cash refunds.
  • Less than 12 Hours Notice: No refund or credit will be issued. The booking is marked as a no-show.

3. Rescheduling Rules

  • Rescheduling requests can be made up to 12 hours prior to the original reservation time, subject entirely to court availability.
  • A single booking can only be rescheduled once. Rescheduled bookings are final and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled again.

4. Academy / Coaching Batch Policies

  • Coaching fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual plans) must be paid in advance by the 5th of each month.
  • Missed classes by the student cannot be refunded or adjusted against future monthly fees. Rescheduling individual batch classes is not permitted.
  • In case a class is cancelled by the academy or coach Mr. Subramanian, a replacement class will be organized.

5. Technical Failures and Force Majeure

In the rare event that Ramanis Badminton Academy must close the facilities due to technical issues, power outages, tournaments, or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund or immediate rescheduling credit, regardless of notice timing.
